I have been renting out apartments in Rust since 2015. Since then, I have welcomed guests from all over the world, which has become a real passion for me.

Renting out our fully equipped flats means a lot to me.

I have furnished our flats with a lot of love and do my best to make my guests feel at home.

My aim is to offer you the best possible stay.

Information

Cancellation conditions:

For reservations of less than 7 nights, the guest is entitled to cancel free of charge up to 5 days before arrival.

For reservations of 7 nights or more, the guest is entitled to cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.

For reservations of 28 nights or more, the guest is entitled to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.

If the cancellation is not received by the provider in due time, the provider is entitled to retain 100% of the amount to be paid for the overnight stay.

Cancellations must be made in writing to the provider, unless the provider agrees to a verbal cancellation.

The day of receipt of the cancellation by the provider shall be deemed the day of cancellation.

Rules

Apartments Münchbach

House rules:

1. check-in and check-out

Check-In from 17:00 until 22:00

Check-Out from 06:00 until 11:00

Early check-in or late check-out is possible for a fee subject to availability. Guests staying beyond the agreed check-out time or delaying our cleaners are liable for all resulting costs and expenses.

2. Smoking, partying and excessive noise are not permitted. Violations of the smoking ban will result in a charge of €250 plus the cost of special cleaning and damage repair.

3. commercial photography/videography without written permission and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

4. guests exceeding the number stated in the reservation are not allowed. We charge 30€ per night of the reservation for each unauthorised guest.

5. animals are not allowed. Violations of our animal policy may result in a separate cleaning fee. Guests with assistance animals are requested to contact us prior to their stay.

6. guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys, key cards, remotes or parking passes.

7. guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to us.

8. booking a reservation is accompanied by the agreement to abide by the house rules. Guests who do not comply with the house rules are liable for any resulting damages, fees, costs or expenses. Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction from the property without refund.
